En effet, s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation en contexte migratoire, elle \u00e9voque le choix des aliments faits par les individus, mais aussi des communaut\u00e9s, en raison \u00ab\u00a0des normes qui d\u00e9finissent ou n\u00e9gocient les appartenances, mais \u00e9galement [qui r\u00e9pondent] \u00e0 des m\u00e9moires, \u00e0 des d\u00e9sirs, \u00e0 des imaginaires et \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles de convivialit\u00e9s. L&rsquo;alimentation se module sur des go\u00fbts et des d\u00e9go\u00fbts (Mescoli, 2018:53), lesquels sont en interrelation avec les odeurs (Politzer, 2018; Candau, 2016), en s&rsquo;appuyant \u00ab\u00a0sur des affinit\u00e9s socioculturelles\u00a0\u00bb (Mescoli, 2018:53).&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-9da1eae\" data-id=\"9da1eae\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div commensalit\u00e9 (Mescoli, 2018:53; Douglas, 1979) et participe \u00e0 rendre compte d&rsquo;une place dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (Etien et Tib\u00e8re, thermo\u00bb !\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00ab Oui, je l\u2019ai faite hier soir avec des brocolis qu\u2019il me restait \u00bb.<\/p><p>Susan explique avoir choisi le brocoli car c\u2019est rapide \u00e0 cuisiner. Elle a toujours aim\u00e9 la soupe, elle adorait en boire au d\u00e9but de chaque repas chez sa grand-m\u00e8re en rentrant de l\u2019\u00e9cole. Aujourd\u2019hui, elle savait qu\u2019elle n\u2019aurait pas le temps, entre le s\u00e9minaire du matin et son retour au bureau \u00e0 13h30, d\u2019aller acheter un sandwich. De plus, elle n\u2019avait pas envie de manger quelque chose de froid. Ses mains sont gel\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Alors\u2026 sa soupe, il y a ceux et celles pour qui, c\u2019est un liquide vert fumant qui sent le brocoli.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;anthropologie, je comprends que sa soupe la relie \u00e0 sa grand-m\u00e8re ; aux souvenirs et aux apprentissages.<\/p><p>C\u2019est son repas facile \u00e0 emporter dans une journ\u00e9e rythm\u00e9e qui \u00e9voque \u00e0 la fois un temps de pause n\u00e9cessaire, mais aussi, le corollaire, un temps de travail.<\/p><p>Le travail, la soupe l\u2019\u00e9voque \u00e0 travers l\u2019isolation des b\u00e2timents et de leur v\u00e9tust\u00e9 et du manque de budget de l\u2019institution ressenti durant l\u2019hiver.
